A one-time $250 New Patient Consultation Fee applies to all new patients, including founding patients. Current patients of Dr. Donald's from her residency clinic do not pay this fee and do not need to complete a New Patient Consultation.
New Patient Consultation Fee ($250): A $250 New Patient Consultation Fee is required for all new patients before enrolling in any membership tier. This fee is non-refundable — it compensates Dr. Donald's time for your evaluation, regardless of outcome. If you are not accepted into the practice, the fee is not refunded.
All new patients — regardless of which service brought them here — must complete the New Patient Consultation and be accepted into the practice before scheduling any service-specific consultation (aesthetics, weight loss, IV therapy, longevity).
